I live in North Monroe

It's about 10 out, windy and there is snow on the ground.

I live in the heart of the south in St Louis MO and we had snow....

I don’t live in Louisiana because I choose not to(I’ll leave it at that) but “gun to the head” Louisiana or Nebraska it’s LA 100 out of 100 times. I guess the only place that Nebraska would beat out is Kansas? Maybe? ETA and North Dakota. frick that place 6 months a year

I've spent a decent amount of time working in Omaha and Lincoln. Good people and an underrated state imo. I've been up there in Jan and Feb and it can get damn cold though
