Low crime, family friendly, clean parks, Restaurants, entertainment, shopping, proximity to Houston for all it offers without actually having to live in the city. It’s kind of well known information here that’s why Katy is one of the fastest growing cities in the country. I mean it’s right outside of the 3rd largest city in the country so why’s it so hard to understand this for OT’ers?

Friends live there and live it. They love the small town feel close to a big city. Can’t say more than that. I enjoyed my visit there.

I would say this depends on where in Katy you live. Closer to 10 it's pretty crowded.
I'm in Tomball, so I don't live there but when we were looking for homes there, that is what we noticed.
