And for the record, the first President I ever voted for was Clinton.

Additionally, what do you think Bush did to "kill" the economy?

I'd argue the economy did well under Clinton more so because of the dot com boom than any policy he put in place. He was definitely able to ride that wave during his presidency, but it wasn't his own doing.

Van Buren boys.

One thing you all have to remember about peoples' affinity for President Trump: Much of our love for the guy stems from the fact that for the most part, Washingtonians and Politicians in general are and have been far, far,far more despicable than the Left have portrayed Trump and he has the GUTS to piss in the pig trough.
ANYONE who is being even SLIGHTLY honest would have to admit the conduct of the Clintons' for the last 30 years makes any supposed Trump transgressions pale by comparison.
In short, whatever you may think about Trump, his peers are far, far worse but you won't admit it.

Ding Ding Ding, WINNER!
I've told everyone who would listen that the roaring economy of the 90's was due to Bill, but not Clinton.
Windows and the rise of the Internet propelled that economy.

Personally my favorite President is Abraham Von Reagatrump....

Did you also tell everyone that Clinton's minority housing initiatives laid the groundwork for the housing book/bust?
He forced Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to drastically increase the number of sub-prime mortgages they accept.

I guess we CAN credit Clinton.
After all, he picked Al Gore for VP and we all know who invented the Interwebs.....

Wouldn't argue that. My comment comes from the fact most people when referring to the Clinton presidency talk about the strong economy but, as you said, it was more luck than anything. It would not have matter who was president at the time, the economy would have been strong because of the rise of the .com.
