Well he already owns his house and doesn't need anymore big loans so he just runs up his debt. He says that they cant take his house or car away which I thought they'd do if you declared

I would assume they would throw him in jail after a while. If he doesn’t take on loans and his house is paid for, what is he taking bankruptcy on?

Credit card debt which is stupid because he works for the railroad and makes decent money. Yea he loses a bunch to child support and alimony but I figured he'd still have a decent amount of disposable income
