I hovered for about a 10th of a second on the way down to a hard arse floor. Taught my old arse a lesson about jumping on my grandkids' death traps lol.

I'm telling you that in the real world, and not the virtual world that you are accustomed to, some folks just like to play with toys just for the heck of it. these things are dumb. why anyone wastes their money on this, i'll never know. kids would get more from a new game system, and burn just as many calories. it's a hoverboard, they're not exercising on it.

These things use the cell type Lithium Ion batteries as opposed to true Lithium Polymer batteries.
I was under the impression they used the dry layer lipos used in high end RC cars.
Good read for those who want to understand Lithium Batteries.
