One of the greatest moments in wrestling I remember happened in a match with La Parka and the Macho Man. Savage had just joined the NWO and was beating the crap out of La Parka. All of a sudden La Parka reverses a hold, throws on a diamond cutter and wins the match out of no where. He jumps up, rips off the mask and its really DDP. DDP hauls arse right as Hall and Nash jump in the ring. Put over DDP and was a huge moment for him..

Some of the other wrestlers told DDP they got legit pissed for a moment at La Parka for doing the Diamond Cutter.

Almost nobody knew about the switch.

Lodi is a personal trainer a few miles from my house. George South runs the wrestling school at Highspots. Lots of old jobbers around town in Charlotte.

Old NWA on TBS before it was WCW had a guy named Randy Hogan, who looked like a deflated Hulk Hogan. Same blonde hairstyle, same handlebar mustache, but probably a foot shorter withe a typical jobber body.

State Patrol tag team was a good jobber tag team. Was that Buddy Lee Parker and Craig Pittman? Or was that another guy in the State Patrol? They are kind of in the "jobber to the stars" category, like High Voltage and Well Dunn. They'd pick up a victory or two against complete jobber tag teams on "the mothership" (WCW Saturday Night) and job on Nitro.

If we include Norman Smiley in the jobber group, we have to include Brad Armstrong. Which isn't right because those were two of the best technical wrestlers around at the time.

I also remember a fatass named Roadblock who jobbed for WCW.

WCW's production of Saturday Night seemed to be so haphazardly put together and cheap looking. I wonder why?
