I said most here completely misrepresent things and use them as buzzwords like with DEI and CRT. DEI isn't about promoting unqualified minorities it's literally about taking minority candidates who are just as qualified. CRT is something that is usually only taught in upper level college courses and mainly deals with racism in American laws both past and present which do exist. It isn't teaching kids white people are bad which I saw regurgitated around here consistently

Now DEI is just the newest Boogeyman to rile up people who haven't actually been informed about it
