I'm pretty sure I could qualify for the Olympic jack off right now. My TTE time is like 3.47 minutes.
for the OT: Olympic PIIHB'ing
I saw her last night. She could prolly break me with her legs...
and I'd enjoy it.

since I am in my 40's the 100 meter dash is out. I would say shooting, archery, or something else that doesn't require tons of cardio

I would like to get together a kickass hand ball team. I'm too old to play, but I can organize and coach.

This may not be the handball about which you are thinking.
Team Handball

Fools saying table tennis are out of their mind. Do you even watch those Chinese motherfrickers? You wouldn't see the ball let alone hit it.
I'd say curling or a pusher on the bobsled. I think given 8 years of complete dedication with no other goal in mind, any halfway decent athlete could be world class at those. There just aren't that many people who want to do that.

wasn't Hershel Walker a pusher? So you think I could be like Hershel

Nah, but I have learned grappling and judo off and on the past few years.
I did taekwondo at a young age and received a black belt fairly young, I can relearn it. It's a useless art in general for mma but for an Olympic sport I'd try it again.

You mean the same handball I've been watching on TV for two days now?
Come on, man.
YES. THAT handball.
I'm certain I could get a team together and coach them up to compete. Not of a bunch of out of shape couch potatoes. I'm talking real athletes that I know. I'm a coach. Not a player.

Now that I think harder, I think a coxswain on the rowing team would be the best bet. Basically takes no athletic ability, you just have to learn the technique and strategy. The rowers do the rest.
I may be way off base though as I'm not entirely sure what they do.

Pellet gun shooting. The target is like 30 ft away.

OK, OK, calm down coach Lombardi. I had not seen it yet and most folks think of the game on a racquetball court.
It is a great sport and has many of the things that we Americans love. Contact, transition, contact, scoring, simple rules and contact. I need to find out when they are gonna show some. Maybe between planning your next game strategy you could tell me.

I'm not 0.1% qualified for any sport.
Knowing that I will unlikely qualify for something that requires absolutely elite athleticism I would think shooting or curling would be my best chance to try at least to make up ground.
