I was thinking in terms of predators. I think only the Polar bear can matchup with a Kodiak.
If we're talking all land animals, it's probably the male elephant.

Elephant would easily beat a grizzly. Probably hippo and rhino as well.

I'm not sure. It'd be a weird fight. If the giraffe stumbles it's fricked. If the giraffe kicks the bear in the head, it's lights out for the bear.
