yes.

I take the 500mg capsules recreationally (tons of fun) and the 250mg capsules about twice a week. There are no side effects and my clarity, empathy and decision making is much much improved

This is a key indicator that you have a high likelihood of becoming an alcoholic if you drink everyday.

Your hook is shinier and bigger.

Me too.

Smoking and drinking.. as in every day or on a regular basis is brutal on the body, but the worst thing someone can take is meth.

This dude is dead now, but someone I knew became a meth addict. Went to rehab and evidently got clean and was starting to put his life back together, then had a bunch of health problems. Evidently meth does a number on the immune system. So if you are looking at worse... Its probably doing meth.

In my experience, smoking is worse, but everything is relative. I can have one drink and be fine. Some people that one drink leads to several.

It’s about knowing your weaknesses and limits.

I would recommend everyone learn to take a break. If you can’t, then you need to cut back until you can.

They make white 2mg klonopin unless they have been discontinued since 2023. Before I quit taking benzos I was prescribed 3 2mg clonazepam daily.
