Parents always drove GM products. Interior always felt cheap to me with all rattles and brittle plastics. Pops has a new Sierra denali with all the bells and whistles, just don’t see the value.

That 5.3 though is legendary. My parents don’t maintain there vehicles at all. Sold it to the yard guy with 200k with zero mechanical issues. The motor out lasted the interior

Anyone comfortable with a plan to buy a vehicle that requires 9 years of financing has no understanding that the money wasted on a vehicle beyond one’s means will significantly impact his/her retirement planning. The money made from age 25-45 is the money one retires on, not the money made just prior to retirement. Get your priorities straight.

I had a 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. Thing was like a cowboy spaceship. Most comfortable truck I’ve ever driven. Can’t recommend one enough.

Denali baw.
And the Ford king ranch is the backup for when the GMC dealer can’t get you financed at 7.5% for 84 months.

Chevy/GMC, Ford, Toyota are far more superior.
That's just dumb talk. 20 years ago yes. Now days they all make fine quality trucks. Toyota has stepped back if anything, but it's all about preference now.

Toyota got too comfortable. They still make good trucks but GM and Ford have caught up.
