Memphis by far.
Montgomery isn’t a nice place to live by any means now. But it is a far cry from the crime infested shithole that is Memphis.

Montgomery's downtown is cute. It feels like a small town.
Memphis feels like a bigger city, and has 2-3 Fortune 500 companies based in the city (or right next to it in FedEx's case).

My biggest thing is that Memphis fell so much harder than Montgomery ever had a chance to. Pre-1960s Memphis was a great city. It’s sad how far it’s fallen in only 60 years.

Mobile, Al is the one city that remonds me of Memphis. I have lived in both and they are literally the exact same except for memphis has a bigger shite looking skyline
