Compared to some of the places being dropped in this thread it's cheap.

Plantation Trace was very nice when i was in school. We had a 4 bedroom for $880 am month. (started 800 per)

Lived in those when I was there. Place is an absolute shithole!

(Maybe they have remodeled since I've been there tho)

I've been living at the gets for about a year now. I've had no complaints. The scenery at the pool is hit or miss until the drunk goggles go on

I'd honestly look at the Enclave. It's right across the street, newer, and around the same price range.

I forgot about this one. The Enclave is very nice. It's mostly mid 20s to mid 30s professionals.

Rent prices in Baton Rouge are a good enough reason to not move there.

You don't need all them fancy gates places. Tiger Plaza was home for many years.

Baller. I lived in the shithole red four plex complex next door

My parents lived 12 miles from campus and told me if I wanted to move out I was paying for it. It was what I could afford at the time.

Both of those locations will be miserable for a law student trying to get to campus

I lived at the enclave for a year. It's a nice place. We paid about $700 each for a 2 bedroom.
