Compared to some of the places being dropped in this thread it's cheap.

I've been living at the gets for about a year now. I've had no complaints. The scenery at the pool is hit or miss until the drunk goggles go on

You don't need all them fancy gates places. Tiger Plaza was home for many years.

My parents lived 12 miles from campus and told me if I wanted to move out I was paying for it. It was what I could afford at the time.
