You seem like an Indiana type person... move north on i65 till you cross the Ohio river... plenty of land there

I’m in Murfreesboro and it is getting very expensive even here. You have to go further out to somewhere like Shelbyville or Hendersonville to find something affordable.

Maury County side of Spring Hill or Fairview.

Or if you want small town living, try Chapel Hill.

No offense but this question indicates you don't know much about south Nashville. 1. There is no land available in south Nashville that is considered safe or a good investment. 2. Little Bombay, West Egypt, and North Tijuana are not interested in your "investment".

To get the most for your money I would look West or North of Nashville and definitely outside of Davidson county.
