Where to buy hardware for camera straps?

I’m trying to rig up some custom camera straps for a harness I bought to use while hiking and wondered where I can buy the hardware for this. Basically some quick release buckles, tri glides, D rings and polypropylene straps of various sizes. I can buy them all on amazon easy enough but only in packs of a dozen to one hundred depending on the particular part. Is this something Home Depot would sell or really anywhere that would sell these pieces individually so I don’t have to buy them in bulk.

Hobby Lobby has all kinds of fasteners, buttons, snaps, rivets, etc. they are cheap, you’ll just pay more for the tool to apply them than the snaps/rivets themselves.

Why not get a Go-Pro?
Or, they have a harness to go with it, maybe you can buy it and just rig your camera to it?
