I got a lot of these certs at a place called On-Site Training & Instruction in Houma just on the other side of the tunnel on the east side. They were solid. I found the fake heli in the pool in the back actually not all that bad.

You should probably be able to get most of that done between LSU FETI and the Safety Council.
