White people back then hated the picture from above. SO the people like the first picture changed themselves into the guy form the second picture to scare off White people and be more intimidating.
Guess what? It worked. Now the people of today would love to the guy from the first picture as neighbors and friends but it is too late now. White people back then created a hell of their own making.
Instead of giving black men who cared about the same value as White american a chance in all form of structure in society from employment to business owners.They were kept down. Now the ones today will suck and leech on all of the hard working people of today and promote thuggery to the next generation.
The only way that we would ever get people like the first picture again is if they want to do so.
