If you want them for actual lighting you'll have a hell of a time.
I use them as heat sources during winter. The yellow bug bulbs are still incandescent and some of the lower wattage appliance bulbs.
The 3 setting dimmable bulbs can still be had as incandescent as well. I used these to keep things from freezing last winter.

I call BS on this. We built a new house 7 years ago and I’ve had to change several LED’s multiple times.
Your contractor put the cheapest bulbs he could find in
I use the costco ones. Havent changed one

I purchased enough for 2 lifetimes ten years ago.

they are actually too bright, hurts eyes
LED bulbs come in all levels of brightness and the entire spectrum of color temperature.

6 years in my house. Haven't changed an LED yet.

Better off to just move on. Even Commander’s Palace finally renovated their sign because they couldn’t get the bulbs anymore.

I havent changed a light bulb in 5 years. All LEDs in my house

Why?
I generally dont like forced government energy saving stuff but LED bulbs are fine
They suck arse on dimmers, even the dimmable ones.

High wattage ones available at Home Depot....I think the lowers I have found was 100 watts.
They are available on line in wattages lower than that. Typical Edison base 60 watt incandescent run about $3 a piece....

You enjoy throwing money away?
LEDs are the best.
The energy costs inherent in the purchase price of LED lamps is higher than the amount of energy saved by LED lamps....in other words when you buy one you have to pay for the energy it took to manufacture it which is far higher than the energy required to manufacture a similar incandescent lamp and those costs are reflected in the higher price of LEDs over incandescent lamps. They do not offset the increased amount of energy required to manufacture them in their lower power consumption during use...in other words when you use one the energy it took to build it and use it for its lifetime is greater than the energy used to make an incandescent lamp and use if for its lifetime....they save neither energy nor money....

My solution is to put an incandescent light bulb under the thermostat and when I get hot turn the lamp on.
Go buy a chicken heat lamp bulb. One of the Red flood lights...

I agree with this as long as you get the warm color and not the bright whites. But what I can't understand is why some of the recessed can lights in my house don't even have bulbs anymore. I have to replace the whole damn fixture and it's a pain in the butt. Stupid builder told me they last 10 years and I've had to replace every single one within 2 years.

The legacy design prevents efficient cooling of the power converters required by LED bulbs, leading to premature failures.
Its by design. Lamps are notoriously designed to fail long before they should and have been since almost the first ones were built. They intentionally make them for all sorts of applications that most home owners do not understand nor want to understand and inevitably home owners use them in the wrong application and they fail and the home owner has to buy more and more of them. They are shite. I understand that many are enamored with them but they do not save energy or money, most studies done by anyone not in the business of selling them agree...and they do not last as long. If you can find 100 watt rough service incandescent bulb rated at 220 volts it will cost you about $6 and will last about 30-40 years in a typical residential application if it does not get damaged by something. It will produce 50 watts of energy for the entirety of its life also...it will never dim. LEDs only have full brilliance for a matter of minutes after their first illumination and then it starts to fade quickly....

Except for, in my experience at least, I get a lot more life out of LED bulbs than incandescent.

Its by design so the manufacturer can make a pile of money....
It is possible to build an incandescent bulb today with less energy used to manufacture it than ANY LED requires and incandescent bulbs can be manufactured to last 20-30 years for about the same price it costs to make one that will last 1000 hours. Manufactures know this and intentionally make bulbs that will only last 1000 hours or so because they are in the business of selling light bulbs. This is not a conspiracy theory, they make no bones about this and it is a well know fact in the industry. Incandescents NEVER lose any brilliance no matter how long they burn....LEDs start to fade the first time they are turned on and do so for the time they are used and it is noticeable to the human eye even in a couple of hours of a bulb being on...they are nothing more but the latest in the long line of products designed by manufacturers of light bulbs to force consumers to buy more of their product and increase their bottom line....they do not save energy nor money....the data is abundant and clear...
