Hair first, then conditioner sits in it and body comes next. I don't wash my face in the shower, I have a face cleanser and separate linen cloth for that. Soap is horrible for your face.

Hair, face then torso/legs. Top to bottom. And then I just stand there for a while and enjoy the water telling myself it's necessary and I won't be late for work.
