I let them know that whatever they said or did upset me, forgive them and move on. If it was I that upset another person, I apologize and ask for forgiveness.

Mostly. The people that typically upset me aren’t worth arguing with because they don’t listen to reason.

I'm really trying to make an effort these days not to let little things get to me. If it gets to the point of upsetting me, then I handle it very quickly. I find it's a healthier way to deal with conflict than harboring resentment and exhibiting passive aggressive behavior.
