When I booked my son's flight back from Southern Cal last week they only had a few seats.

My son was in the back. When he checked his bags in he asked if there was anything further up and the lady laughed. There are less than ten people on the plane.
LAX looks like a ghost town.
He has online classes after Spring Break and cannot return until 4/13 at the earliest.

A guy in our office flew down here to KL last week. Said the plane was 20% full. They had everybody in Coach sit in the back of the plane for take off. After they were in the air they were free to sit where they wanted. Pretty much everyone had their own row to stretch out and sleep.
Going home in a couple of weeks. Should be interesting.
