When did you first realize you were getting older?

I’m 35, in a hot tub with my wife at our home, and have had to get out three times to put my kids back to sleep. I’m not even drunk. What the frick happened to me?

I’m 34. I have a high level of fitness but can start to see it in my face. Two kids under 2.5 so rest is at a premium. That’s alright though. Sleep when I’m dead. Just keep eating right and working out. Death will never come.

I’m in good shape as well. I never really quit PT after discharge, but damn if these kids don’t accelerate the aging process
