I made the mistake of gong in Cavenders and 90% of their stock was their garbage brand square toes

Square toe cowboy boots are a pet peeve of mine. A pointy toe cowboy boot actually serves a purpose to the cowboy. The pointed toe allows the rider to balance in the stirrup while using the toe to help guide the horse. People that don't ride horses i.e. fake cowboys would never know that cowboys use their feet to guide the horse. No self-respecting real cowboy would ever, ever wear a squared toe boot.
