There is no expectation for cash tips. There's really no expectation to even tip at all, like I said in a previous post maybe like 1 out of every 5-10 passengers depending on the night left any kind of tip.

Someone throwing a $5 bill to a driver at the end of the ride instead of tipping on the app isn't ruining any system. Stop being dramatic.
