If you want a lazy river as a vacation just go to one of the clear soring rivers in Florida like the Weeki Wachi pictured below.. They are warm in the winter and a are a blast to swim, float, canoe etc.. We rented an AirBnb on this river over XMas two years ago and it was a great trip. Not far rom Tarpon Springs, Tampa etc..
