What's your mortgage compared to annual income?

Paid 1.7x of annual income. Owe 1.65x. Valued approximately 1.92x income.

Purchase in August of last year

Purchased with single income was 2x.

My mortgage is 5.6% of my annual income.

House was 78% of my income when purchased.

1-1 now. This is my first house so will upgrade in a few years.

Counting wife’s income as well we are pretty much even.
