Got an open floor plan.
I rarely go in the bedrooms. I sleep on the couch and the dog sleeps in an easy chair

The living room, early in the morning before the wife and kids wake up, watching the news and enjoying my coffee. That's my daily "me" time.

Hearth room off the kitchen. Wife and kids can be watching Pokémon / lifetime in the great room or game room so nobody bothers me. Far enough from the bedrooms so I can yell at the TV (cause the saints and tigers can hear me) and close to the beer.
