I dropped one a few weeks ago in the Smithsonian museum in DC. Very clean restrooms. American History museum.

Everyone knows hotel lobbys if you're in a pinch. But, I'm surprised no one has said casinos. It's usually like Buc-ees in there with 10 stalls.

Used to be the bed Bath and beyond in Bossier. The Lowe's in Opelousas had a pretty clean bathroom too, but I'll go with consensus and Say hotels.

HD and the Lowe’s has improved once Trump took office and many of the Mexicans went into hiding instead of F’n up the toilet at the local box stores.

Small welcome centers on US highways in Arkansas. The one north of Texarkana and the one near Corning in northeast Arkansas are essentially nice.
