Favorite: The Pali (Hawaii Route 61)
Least favorite: I-10 between Lafayette and Baton Rouge

Interstate 81 is pretty terrible, unless you like semis for as far as the eye can see. 
I-95 is also pretty much a shite hole from beginning to end, IMO.
