I would say Muriel’s and Stanley are the NE corner, the NW corner is Tableau, and the SW is Corner Oyster Bar.

There isn't really a NW corner of the square. The diagonals run pretty close to perfectly N-S/E-W. So the corners would be N,S,E,W.
