When building my house, I chose my bathtub fixtures by the ease of me being able to turn the knob with my foot for more hot warer.

I put foil on a baking sheet everytime i use one to avoid washing it.

I called my kid from upstairs, told him I loved him, gave him a hug and then as he was leaving I asked if he could hand me the remote which was about six feet away.

That is just smart. However there are many things that won't cook as well on shiny foil. They need the dark pan. For example, sweet potato fried take forever on foil.
