I'm assuming we have current knowledge and that all other stays the same. The count abandoned her child when he was 2 and hasn't made any effort to see him since. She actually dropped him off at her parents house while I was in Iraq during Desert Storm and just never saw here again.
She didn't file for divorce or anything, just walked away. My parents didn't see their first and at that time only grand child for over a year until I got home and could take care of the situation. I had to file for divorce and then sue her parents for custody of MY kid. I mean I won easily but still had to hire a lawyer etc etc.
When my son was 14 I figured he was old enough to decide for himself whether he wanted to forgive her or not, so I hired a PI to locate her (even her parents didn't know where she was) turns out she was living less than 4 hours away and never even made an attempt to contact him.
He's now 25 and still has no recollection of his mom.
