What do lawn care companies charge for a small yard in the Lafayette area? Small, like a River Ranch, or condo type yard. Thanks.

20-50
Lafayette has a lot of people willing to cut grass on the cheap. Times are tough and mowers are cheap.

A $40 mower from craigslist and $20 in gas / oil will cut the grass for about 6 months. If it's really a small yard, a $25 electric trimmer from craigslist is all you need.

At least 30 I'd say. Most guys will have a minimum of 30-40

I'd say expect to pay $35-40. You can get a half asser for $25-30.
