What's the Best Electric Razor (Wet/Dry Use)?

Looking for one I can use in the shower as well. Have a pretty thick beard, so it will need to be a legit razor.

Norelco Arcitec, but it does not like wet skin.

I have never seen an electric razor do a clean shave. If you are looking to get that beard down to some scruff tho...

the key to getting a close shave with electric is:
I've used Norelco, Philips, and Braun and prefer them in that order

I have a Panasonic Arc 4 that was like $80 on Amazon. I used to be a blade guy, but realized that buzzing my face didn't take more time with the electric. Blades are definitely a closer shave, but I like not dealing with the mess.
