I took my youngest kids and cut down a beautiful 12 foot Leyland cypress at a nearby Christmas tree farm and paid $135. 6-7 foot trees were between $50-75, I believe. You have to saw them down yourself but they have hot chocolate and Santa; it's fun for the kids.

Tiger Branch’s website says they are sold out this year for anyone considering that.
Correct. They were hit hard by the drought and only had 9ft and below. That's why we switched farms this year. A couple others closed all together for this year claiming total loss.

A lot of farms are sold out in the first week or so. Seems like most are closing after 2 weekends. We usually go on black Friday.

Too damn much.

After 54 years I am switching to artificial for next year

Bought real this year and will buy a Balsam Hill one on sale for next.

I think we paid 190 or so dollars for a pretty average looking Frazier fir that was almost 10 feet

Fricking NO! We went Wednesday night since the trees in that range go fast. 9 and up started at 230. Now I’m pissed. I wanna see your receipt.

Got nice 7.5 foot fake one at Target for 70 bucks during the pre black friday sale. The SO said she didn't want a real one anymore so I ran to snag it.
