45 here, lurker for past 10 years. I hope to have my home paid off within next 5 years to retire.
I look good for my age but feel my age. It’s gone downhill since 40 for sure. Age is more forgiving on a man. Sucks being a woman in that regard. I have read the board all these years for the humor. It’s almost like a soap opera sometimes with the drama.

IMO the average poster is an 80s kid, married with a couple kids, lives in the burbs, and tries to get through their day the best they can by reading TD
