It's got something to do with the couple that was killed this past weekend. They owned the place and the guy that killed them lived there.

Someone called in a tip that the killer had killed others and buried them on the property. No confirmation. Bones found but suspected to be animal bones.

The chopper is circling and flying very low. They wouldn't call in a chopper just for searching for evidence, would they?

Probably sent the chopper to get a birds eye view to see if there are any abnormalities in the ground you can't see when walking around.
