What's better Book Smart/well educated vs Street Smart vs Common Sense

Combo of both would be ideal, but the question can't be answered without situational context.

Some of both.

I would rather be moderately well educated (as in attainment) and have good common sense than be highly educated and no common sense.

All of the above.

It's like asking what's more important to success: intelligence, talent, or diligence? You can be some measure of successful with one, but you will be more successful with two, and you won't reach the apex unless you have all three.

Anyone trying to say one or the other is more important, whether in my question or yours, is simply trying to compensate for the insecurity they have due falling short in one or more areas.

Also if you're book smart you can learn anything else that you need to.
