What's being built behind Racetrac in Dutchtown?

Anyone here know? The cleared land looks too small for a grocery store (there has always been a rumor of a Winn Dixie or Wal-Mart market going there). I am guessing another fast food chain (hopefully a Cane's, Chick Fil A, or a Krystal).

I emailed the city council a few month back concerning my opinion of a wal mart and supposedly it is not true that one is going there.
