Tigah Rag was Brian Rushing and he passed away a few years ago.

This account popped up after Bryan's passing and almost immediately went to bashing Peej, being a know it all about food places in BR, and arguing with people in general. I picked up on it when he argued with me about a halfway house on Perkins Road. I made a subtle shoutout and he disappeared.
