Plymouth gin and tonic to start, then a variety of beers after.
Last night I dabbled in some bourbons, which I know little about. Knob Creek single barrel 120 proof (wooooo!!!), Makers, and Four Roses. I really liked the Four Roses, which is their bottom of the line "yellow label" blend. Very smooth. That Knob Creek 120 proof will blow your knob off if you sip it straight.

Get you a bottle Eagle Rare (~$32). Blanton's is better but twice the price.
