I'd go Elon Musk, and fund space travel and high end cars

Education in inner cities and trying to mandate government supported preschool for kids in poor areas. Got to get them to learn to love learning. Starts young.

A r and d company doing engineering of 5g data applications.
Led the next generation of high tech innovation.
Green tech too.
Philanthropy in that i dont need profit. Just doing science and engineering for its own sake.
Probably pick one or two startups a year to help.

I'd give jobs to young Eastern European immigrant women, and some Asian women, to keep them out of sex slavery.
