I'm pretty chill usually, and I really didn't get 'angry' over this. I just don't like injustice or letting people play me.

If I would have let this go, what's to say it wouldn't have continued, or even gotten worse?

Wasn't really in my yard...it was on my land through the woods a bit from my house.

frickin right. People like that need to be called out. The part I think is the most disgusting.. is the fact that there were dirty diapers. Why would someone just go throw their trash on someone else's property.. When he could have gone to the dump yard in the first place.

And if it was my property, I would have been pissed about it as well. Nothing you did was out of line. If you would have not tracked him down, he would have probably kept doing it until he was caught.

I am just trying to think about it from his view point. He loads trash, goes drop it off on someone else's property. In his mind, he probably figured they would just pick it up and dispose of it. Why not just go dispose of it in the first place?
