Well that’s New York, so if you do anything that could harm that person you’re spending at least 10 years on Rikers. So the obvious answer is C

I had this exact question to myself just yesterday. This exact scenario happened in a very busy street in Orlando.

I feel like it's a situation we should probably prepare a response for at this point. Then what legally can you do if the situation begins to turn - they start touching or beating on your vehicle, or further attempting to get you to exit the car, blocking you from front and rear?

D. Roll down window and deploy can 1 of bear spray while making sure the wind is in my favor.

Seriously bear spray is tear gas on steroids if someone can stand their ground after getting hit with a can of bear spray (something a grizzly cant do) they can block traffic and I will go around.

Feels like I would opt to avoid driving that close to them in the first place. Did he not see them set up in the intersection?
