There was another incident about 10 years ago coming home from LSU game where guy was all over the interstate and nearly hit us and several others, called LSP and was still on the phone with the operator when he plowed into this old couple in the right lane. They were going maybe 65 and he was going at least 90. Not a good scene.

Sadly, we can't inject one of the five year birth control devices in her arm while she's passed out. Or give the two guys injections of long lasting spermacides.
