Facilitating "Talking to the dead" is usually a scam.
After death, around day 3,
Most people leave the vibrational zone we operate in.

They can still hear for first two days unless brain was damaged.
Once they are 4 days gone, most people move up into the light, then after being refreshed are then drifted down the vibrational possibilities to find their next lifetime. Some do merge with divine person. Many ordinary folk are shunted into heavenly halfway house where they are tended and calmed before being sent back into the game as new life.

Mostly mediums are con artists.

Lottery number would make me believe though. Statistically ext to impossible to get that right.

What do you think about the statistical odds of below:

Leading to....

Tidal locking

quote:

Tidal locking (also called gravitational locking or captured rotation) occurs when, over the course of an orbit, there is no net transfer of angular momentum between an astronomical body and its gravitational partner. This state can result from the gravitational gradient (tidal force) between two co-orbiting bodies, acting over a sufficiently long period of time. In the case where the orbital eccentricity is exactly zero, tidal locking results in one hemisphere of the revolving object constantly facing its partner, an effect known as synchronous rotation.[1][2] For example, the same side of the Moon always faces the Earth

The phenomenon of an eclipse is only observable from the viewing platform that is the Earth (where the only sentient, conscious life in the universe "happens" to exists (that we know of/perceive...))

If there was ever a "look at me" sign of life, majesty (dare I say proof of a "supernatural" force) in the universe, one could make a case for this...

Are you joking? I can't tell. In case you aren't, the brain is damaged in all dead persons after about ten minutes.

I would have to see the "ghost" myself.

That it's interesting? What else are you suggesting?

Surely you're not suggesting that this system is the only in the universe in which there exists an eclipse, right? In addition, what about all the various wonderful and exciting sights we are unable to see from our vantage point, even in our own solar system, let alone our galaxy? Are we then to assume that there must NOT be a "supernatural" because surely we'd be able to see ALL wonderful and rare things?

Rounding numbers inconsistently so that they make for an interesting post is fun?

That, and in a rush to suggest this anomaly is a "sign" it misses the fact that the moon was once much closer than it is today (making the math for an eclipse not work out) and that it is receding each year by about 2 inches...meaning that in time, this "sign" will no longer be seen on Earth.

The only fact in play here is that we humans love to see signs of things in the natural world. Were it not this, it would almost certainly be whatever else it is that we find wonderful and rare.
