You realize that nearly everything he typed in that post has been refuted, right?

Even the amount of wind is debatable. It's breezy in Dayton in the winter but it isn't brutal.

The standard of living in Dayton should be pretty high if his income is in the range that I think it will be in there.

I am in Atlanta now, home prices have skyrocketed. My house has gone up over 100k(same floor plan just sold after two days on market) in 5 years. The house I could get in Dayton would be much nicer, for sure. Cost of living would probably go down as dinning and going out have far less options and giving up Auburn Tickets. Just those three things probably save me 15-20k a year

I did the same thing four years ago & I'll preface by saying that I don't know your relationship w/ your parents nor do I know their personalities. My parents were getting older & I'd helped them build the business since high school, so I had an emotional attachment. My business climate is making both daily operations & selling it very hard. Mine meddle/interfere, then they disappear for six weeks. They refuse to see it's not 1998. I never liked them, now I hate them. I address my mother on a first name basis only.

I can probably describe to you every time I have stepped foot on site through my entire life in about 20 minutes. Parents are in their late 70's, so they would be out fairly quick. Mom would be gone in a minute(she only works about 4 hrs a day anyways) Dad wants to stay on with whomever since some of his customers are like family, but many are very large companies.

Yeah, yeah... I know a few former players (hawk and nugent) I think they go often and if you have heard of the mexican chain Elsa's or Doubledays in dayton, both of their owners are friends that have suites in the shoe. its just different, it should be played in the warmth...

I'm from the north. I would move back in a second if the money dried up down here. The northern wilderness is amazing.

I went to Walmart last night and it was like I stepped into a 3rd world country.

There's nothing like a crisp cool fall football game in the north. The leaves are changing color and it's just football weather.

Mine was an all state softball player and cheerleader. Her brother played with Herbstreet. Her name is on the bricks at the stadium.

Comparing Ohio State football to the Browns? Not that is odd.

Let the hate go. We're all Americans and in it together.

Moving north would only get you away from one of those and none in most cities.

eh, there arent really Mexicans in the area. Only one mexican restaurant that I know of has actual mexicans working. And I dont think I have ever seen one in a landscape crew. Outside of indians and Pakistanis, there really isnt much diversity in each area. Everyone congregates together
