Thick Skin
The ability to bounce back from failure and persevere no matter how tough shite gets.
You'll do better at everything because you aren't afraid of failure, and people will want to be around you because you don't get all droopy dog when shite gets tough.

Depends on your definition of success.
I have a job I enjoy, a loving wife and 2 beautiful children. We are in good shape financially but not wealthy. I am able to provide a much better life for my children than I had.
The thing that has benefited me the most has been integrity.
