Reading the governor's new "safer at home" order... what exactly is changing? Entertainment facilities closed, no groups bigger than 10, still no in-location dining. What will be different today?

The state isn't reopened as entertainment facilites, salons, gyms, etc are still closed. Retail stores can open with restrictions on the number of folks allowed inside at one time. Restaurants still drive thru, curbside, or delivery service only.
