Time to fess-up

I’m a September kid so my Senior year I was still 16 at the beginning of the football season. 6’1”, 190. All of it below the waist.

Could squat and deadlift with anyone, zero bench.

Hand timed 4.9, no telling if that’s right or wrong by up to several tenths either way.

I’d guess that was about right because I played outfield and I didn’t embarrass myself defensively.

4.67 or some shite, but it was hand timed, so probably closer to a 4.8

4.65 in high school according to my high school coaches...4.8 according to the coaches at Louisiana Tech...so I will say 4.7.

I was a pretty good cross country runner back in the day. Never timed a 40, but I could probably run somewhere in the 4.5- 4.6 range.

Just ran a 5.43 a week ago at the age of 37 over at that new 40 yard dash area they built at Duplessis Park in Gonzales. Played soccer and basketball in high school, but never had a chance to time myself until now. I don't train or stay real active anymore, so I'm not sure how much faster I would have been back then.
